This event is designed to promote a love for reading while also raising funds for Food Share of Lincoln County. The Read-a-Thon is a fun and engaging way for children to challenge themselves to read more while supporting a wonderful cause!

The Read-a-Thon runs from June 15th - July 14th. Children of all ages are invited to participate and set reading goals for themselves to accomplish during those 30 days. The goal can either be a set number of books read, or a goal amount of time spent reading each day. Each child sets their own goal. 

There will be opportunities to earn amazing prizes through this Read-a-Thon. Those prizes are based on participation, goals met and funds raised. 

We are aiming to raise a substantial amount of $10,000 to help feed families in need within our local community. Funds raised during this Read-a-Thon will be donated directly to Food Share of Lincoln County.
